High-innings relievers at the quarter-season mark

Relievers are getting more innings than ever before. The relievers getting those innings fall into three groups: 

1) traditional long-man/spot-starters, who mostly pitch in long relief but do get a start when needed and fill innings early in games or in extra innings; 

2) relievers who pitch in the bulk of the team's games, here the filter is set to relievers who have pitched in more than 20 games so far;

3) multiple-inning relievers who are asked to fill multiple roles at any time in a game to get teams through the schedule.

Sometimes, these three groupings overlap.
