PT TOMORROW: NL West—Innings limits already?

There is speculation in the desert that rookie Chase Anderson (RHP, ARI) (pictured) may not finish out the season because of an innings limit. Anderson, who has thrown 118 innings in 2014, has already eclipsed his professional-high of 108 IP. Anderson's debut has been a pleasant surprise for an Arizona rotation that has struggled mightily all season. Through 14 starts, Anderson has gone 7-4 with a 3.06 ERA and 1.26 WHIP. He has pitched better throughout the season, too, as shown by a 9.1 Dom and 97 BPV since July 1 (6.9 Dom and 63 BPV before 7/1).

If Anderson were to be limited or shut down at some point, Michael Bolsinger (RHP, ARI) would likely stand to gain the best shot at the rotation. Bolsinger has struggled...
