There may be small signs of hope. Wood has surrendered his fair share of homers as both an SP and RP, but in 2016, seven of the eight HR he allowed were launched at Wrigley Field. He moves from a field that rates a +16% for RHB HRs to a stadium that depresses righty round-trippers by 19%. And it would need to carry over from a relief role to starter, but Wood logged 2016 career bests in FpK% (66%) and ground ball rate (37%...
