A Minnesota slump coupled with a Cleveland surge has put at least the idea of vying for the AL Central title in the backs of the minds of the defending champs and to that end, in-house pitching help could be on the way. Danny Salazar (RHP, CLE) has missed all of the 2018 and 2019 seasons as he recovers from an arthroscopic shoulder procedure, but his fastball touched 96 mph in a recent rehab appearance and if he continues to demonstrate that his arm strength has returned, he would be a welcome addition, either in the starting rotation, or as a late-inning option to get the ball to closer Brad Hand (LHP, CLE).
