The Angels' closing situation has been in constant flux all season. For the longest time, Jordan Romano led the team in saves. Ryan Zeferjahn, now with the Cubs, received some saves, while Samy Natera Jr. has dipped his toes in the saves water. Of late, Ben Joyce returned from the IL and has been the main closer for the Angels. But what if Joyce struggles? Who’s next?

Joyce made his season debut on August 5. He’s made nine appearances since coming off the IL, with no back-to-backs. Joyce had not allowed an earned run over his first eight appearances, and had a loss after allowing three earned runs in his last outing.
