NEWS: LHP Carlos Rodón returned to the Yankees rotation on May 10.

BHQ SPIN: Rodón, who has had rotation spot with his name on it since RHP Luis Gil was demoted in late April, struggled with his control in his 78-pitch season debut (4.1 IP, 3 ER, 2 H, 5 BB, 4 K) but will presumably round into form once he gets more innings under his belt. The Yankees will face a more difficult decision when RHP Gerrit Cole is deemed ready to return, as RHP Will Warren has been pitching well, though he did stumble May 6 against the Rangers (4 IP, 6 ER, 7 H, 3 BB, 7 K, 2 HR), which ended a streak of four straight PQS-4 outings.
