There's a litany of reasons why Philadelphia is pulling up the rear in the NL East, and Jimmy Rollins (SS, PHI) isn't among them. That said, the 33-year-old remains behind last year's pace for HRs and SBs and is swinging and missing at pitches with increasing frequency.

By taming the Red Sox last weekend with his fourth-straight PQS-5 performance, David Price (LHP, TAM) became the first 12-game winner in the AL. Price “stumbled” a bit in 2011 with a 12-13 record, but he seems to have recovered the form that led to a 19-6 record and second place finish in the Cy Young race in 2010.

After injuries plagued him throughout 2011, Alex Rodriguez (3B, NYY) took drastic steps to improve his health in preparation for the 2012 season. One trip to see Kobe Bryant's doctor in Germany later, Rodriguez has managed to stay in the lineup consistently, but his spotty production has been the real problem...

With so many injured payers due back, you need to be extra careful with your FAAB right now, or you may see that expensive acqusition sent back to the minors or to the bench. Read on.

Vance Worley (RHP, PHI) started strong his rookie season with a sub-3.00 ERA through June. He may have tailed off a bit as summer wore on, but an ERA just over 3.00 set expectations high for his sophomore season. The 24-year-old hasn't disappointed.
