Segura fails to repeat 'breakout' ... Jean Segura's (SS, MIL) 2013 was a tale of two seasons, with an MVP-caliber first half followed by a very ordinary 2H. The 24-year-old's work so far this season seems to reaffirm the former was a fluke.
