RELIEVERS: Time for fantasy sellers to sell

Last week, this column promised to sell our closers in an exercise designed to minimize stress and maximize category points. The goal is to maximize the value of your closer in selling to someone who is in a tight saves race. But you also have to understand what value you have left and you have to know where you must add value to your team to make the cost/benefit calculus work. For instance, if you trade Luke Gregerson (RHP, HOU) and his projected nine saves for a starting pitcher, where does that leave you in the saves category vis-a-vis the incremental return you receive in wins and strikeouts for making that trade?

These questions are individual, but we do know that saves categories stratify whereas many others like runs and RBIs...
