RELIEVERS: First half BPV leaders 2017

This week, we run down the April/May/June BPV leaders among relief pitchers. There are many with a BPV over 150 (which is elite); this column just takes the top 12, all of whom has a BPV over 200(!) half-way through 2017. We start first with the list:
