RELIEVERS: Decisions, decisions

Two thirds of the season have passed and we are now officially into the stretch run. It is time to consider buying or selling closers—if only because it is a category that is easily stratified and you don't want to waste any incremental value in your quest for maximizing points. Part of this is the ease with which you should be able to identify trade partners. Who can get a small bump by adding a closer? Who can afford to trade a closer without losing points? Those are the teams you should reach out and speak with.

With that said, many closer slots are already well-identified and should remain intact for the balance of the year. For example, Edward Mujica (RHP, STL) is probably not going anywhere. Those are more easily calculated values...
