RELIEVERS: Changes for the better?

Why Texas? Because Neftali Feliz (RHP, TEX) has been booted from the role with a 4.70 xERA and just 10 of 16 clean appearances in 2015. The Rangers declared that there is no set role of "closer" on the team. Here's the problem:
