RELIEVERS: Best K%-BB% in August 2023

K%-BB% remains the focus. We look at relievers with a 25% K%-BB% or better in August. It's a sizeable list. Because sample sizes are so small, we take a broader look at their season-long body of work, too. We start with a grouping of at least 30% K%-BB% in August and at least 25% K%-BB% across the year-to-date:

This column covers relievers who might cost you a lot chasing saves but then fizzle out because of skills or injury risk.

This is the annual sleepers column, but let's be honest: There are no sleepers. There are relievers with great skills who are cheaper than they should be ... and that's what you want anyway.
