RELIEVERS: 2016 Bullpen preview: AL West, NL West

This week, we turn to the ten teams in the AL and NL West, starting with Houston. Houston has managed to have seven (!) 100+ BPV relievers make 40-50 appearances in 2015, mostly succeeding in high leverage.
