March has sure flown by and as we ready for a full slate of regular season games in a few days, it is time to wrap up Arizona and Florida news with two tandem columns. This is the AL and we start with the Chicago White Sox, where the team is in a teardown/rebuild and the bullpen is in flux. The bad news has been John Brebbia (RHP, CHW) is the expected closer placeholder until someone claims the job and there have been struggles getting relievers on the mound. The good news, there are better relievers arriving—namely Prelander Berroa (RHP, CHW) and Jordan Leasure (RHP, CHW).
Here are the current projections:
CHW | SV | IP | xERA | WHIP | K% | K-BB% | HR9 | $ | ADPre |
Brebbia, John | 11 | 58 | 4.18 | 1.22 | 28% | 19% | 1.1 | -1 | 609 |
Kopech, Michael | 8 | 51 | 4.95 | 1.45 | 23% | 11% | 1.8 | -14 | 549 |
Wilson, Steven | 6 | 58 |
