The Mets' High-A affiliate was a fixture of my in-season coverage from when I started at BaseballHQ in 2015 until 2021. At that time, MLB reorganized the minor leagues, and the Mets' High-A affiliate moved from Columbia, SC to Brooklyn, NY, yet stayed in the same league, the South Atlantic League. Brooklyn did not trip down to Rome at any point over the past three seasons, but did finally make the trek this year, with an interesting group of prospects in tow.
