Druw Jones & Samuel Zavala

With the Minor League Baseball season in full swing players have a few series under their belts. Some prospects are off to fast starts while others are hoping to turn their seaso around soon. While I'll be covering the Midwest League by getting out to the field, I'll also be sprinking in video looks from the California League. Two teenage outfielders in the California League that entered this season with a lot of hype are Druw Jones and Samuel Zavala. Both got off to slow starts in 2023. Small samples don't tell the whole story, but they can bring up questions of if the excitement was too much. I wanted to dive deeper into these two young hitters to answer that question.
