PT TOMORROW: NL East—Who will round out the ATL starting rotation?

Atlanta Braves

Julio Teheran (RHP, ATL), Bud Norris (RHP, ATL) and Matt Wisler (RHP, ATL) are expected to hold the first three spots in the starting rotation, but the final two slots are up for grabs this spring. Williams Pérez (RHP, ATL), Manny Banuelos (LHP, ATL), Ryan Weber (RHP, ATL), Aaron Blair (RHP, ATL), Kyle Kendrick (RHP, ATL) and Jhoulys Chacín (RHP, ATL) are all vying for those jobs.

Perez had nine quality starts in 20 outings a year ago and posted a 4.78 ERA, 1.55 WHIP and 24 BPV in 117 IP. He sported a healthy GB%, but sketchy control was a major issue. The 25-year-old is a good bet to make the Opening Day starting rotation, but is likely just a placeholder until some of the more talented prospects are ready later this...
