Washington Nationals

Nationals manager Davey Martinez needed a spot starter for June 23 and called upon unheralded starting pitcher Austin Voth (RHP, WAS). The 27-year-old was up to the task, delivering a tidy 6 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 2 HR, 0 BB, 7 K. What could we expect from Voth if he were called upon again to fill a more permanent vacancy?
