On the heels of a fine 200-IP effort during which he produced a 2.93/3.07 ERA/xERA, Dallas Keuchel (LHP, HOU) looks like a good bet to hold onto some value, courtesy of a rock-solid/elite GB%, rapidly improving control and 65% FpK%. Colin McHugh (RHP, HOU) came out of nowhere to post a 2.73/3.13 ERA/xERA and a 9.1 Dom, and could produce a decent follow-up. But minus another season of metrics supporting this new performance level, McHugh has to be considered something of a risk entering 2015.
