Exactly who that pitcher will be remains a bit of a mystery, after something found in the physical of Grant Balfour (RHP, FA) scuttled that signing.
The Orioles have been linked to free-agent reliever Fernando Rodney (RHP, FA), but absent bringing in Rodney or another closer by trade or free agency, is there anyone on the team’s current roster who could do the job?
