AL Central: 2026 Spring training questions

Can Jac Caglianone or Isaac Collins give the Royals at least one productive OF in 2026?

Apart from two months of strong post-trade-deadline performance from Mike Yastrzemski (.839 OPS), the Royals didn't have a single outfielder post an OPS higher than .701 in 2025, and that dubious feat belonged to Tyler Tolbert, who logged a measly 64 PA. 

In an attempt to address that shortcoming, the team moved top prospect Caglianone to RF last year, since he was blocked at 1B by Vinnie Pasquantino. The Royals are planning to keep him there in 2026, and there's reason to believe he can show...
