NEWS: Cleveland reinstated 3B José Ramírez from the 10-Day IL and optioned OF Kahlil Watson to AAA-Columbus.

BHQ SPIN: Ramírez, who had been sidelined since mid-June due to a left hamate fracture, returned to Cleveland’s lineup on Wednesday and will resume his role as Cleveland’s regular third baseman. The presumed playing time loser from Ramírez’s return is Gabriel Arias, who will shift to a part-time role after getting the majority of reps at third base of late. In a corresponding move for Ramírez’s return, Cleveland demoted Watson, who had been filling a regular role in the outfield since joining the team in mid-June.
