Indians | Carlos Carrasco wins rotation spot
Cleveland Indians SP Carlos Carrasco has won the final spot in the team's starting rotation over SP Josh Tomlin. Carrasco will make his first start of the year April 5 against the Minnesota Twins. The team wants Tomlin to have consistent work in the minors as he recovers from elbow reconstruction.  Source: The Associated Press
