BHQ take: After vacillating for several days, the Nationals finally decided to activate and start Strasburg on Sunday, July 3, against the Reds. At one time, it was thought that would trigger the demotion of top prospect Lucas Giolito, but the Nationals instead placed Joe Ross on the DL with a sore shoulder. He recently had suffered a drop in velocity....
