Pirates | Gregory Polanco will not play again in 2018
Pittsburgh Pirates OF Gregory Polanco (knee, shoulder) has been diagnosed with a 'significant' bone bruise in his left knee that will require six to eight weeks of rest and rehab. In addition, Polanco is reportedly also dealing with a shoulder injury of lesser significance.  Source: MLB.com - Adam Berry
 
BHQ take: Early indications are that Polanco, who hit a career-high 23 HR in 2018, will be ready for spring training. For the rest of 2018, expect the Pirates to rotate Pablo Reyes, Jordan Luplow, José Osuna and Adam Frazier in Polanco's place. Reyes...
