Royals | Mike Moustakas returning to Kansas City
The Kansas City Royals re-signed free-agent 3B Mike Moustakas on Thursday, March 8, to a one-year deal that includes a mutual second-year option. It guarantees him $6.5 million and can max out at $22.7 million.  Source: Yahoo! Sports - Jeff Passan

A hit rate rebound and a (conscious?) effort to hit more fly balls combined to produce a career-high 38 HR in 2017, despite Kauffman Stadium's generally unfriendly park effects (-15% LH batter HR)....
