| BHQ take: Given Harvey’s recent performance this was not unexpected, but given Harvey’s pedigree it was nonetheless a surprise. His real ERA is an even 7 and his xERA is 4.81. his velocity is off more than 3 mph from his peak, and he hasn’t helped things by his off-the-field actions. Most recently, he stayed out late to enjoy the West Coast night life even though as a reliever, he could be called upon to pitch any day.... |
