BHQ take: Apparently aided by a 14-for-51 (.273 BA) spring performance, Aybar has also apparently taken the starting SS job away from Luis Sardiñas, who hit just .217 (10-for-46). Now formalized, this was something we noted a little while ago in our PT% projections. Season-long injuries fueled Aybar's most-anemic BA (.243) and SB total (3) over the past nine years, and a full rebound at age 33 on a rebuilding SD club is hardly guaranteed. Sardinas becomes a...
