Angels | Alex Meyer placed on disabled list
Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim RHP Alex Meyer (shoulder) was placed on the 10-day disabled list Monday, July 24, due to right shoulder inflammation. The team provided no immediate word on how much time Meyer might miss.  Source: The Orange County Register - Jeff Fletcher
 
BHQ take: Mgr Mike Scioscia immediately minimized the injury, suggesting that Meyer is expected to return quickly. But we’d suggest some caution simply because of the fact that Meyer has had a history of shoulder issues and missed almost three months with something similar in 2016. No word yet as...
