NEWS: Pittsburgh announced SS Oneil Cruz will be moved to CF.

BHQ SPIN: Manager Derek Shelton told reporters Monday that the team looks at Cruz, who has made 24 errors at short, as a center fielder. Isiah Kiner-Falefa will be the club’s primary shortstop for the rest of the year, according to reports. We will bump Kiner-Falefa 25% (giving him a net jump of 10% after the previous entry on Nick Gonzales) and deduct 25% from Michael A. Taylor, who was reportedly put on waivers. Kiner-Falefa, acquired from the Toronto Blue Jays at the July 30 trade deadline, has 320 career starts at shortstop over six major-league seasons.
