NEWS: Baltimore reinstated 3B Jordan Westburg and OF Cedric Mullins from the 10-Day IL and selected the contract of IF Luis Vázquez from AAA-Norfolk. In corresponding moves, OF Heston Kjerstad was optioned to AAA-Norfolk, IF Emmanuel Rivera was designated for assignment, and IF/OF Jorge Mateo was placed on the 10-Day IL.
