More bad news for Giants OF: Lee's shoulder leads to IL time

NATIONAL LEAGUE

San Francisco Giants
NEWS: San Francisco placed outfielder Jung Hoo Lee on the 10-day IL with a left shoulder dislocation.
IMPACT: High
BHQ SPIN: Another day, another Giants’ outfielder hits the IL. That’s now three outfielders (Austin Slater and Michael Conforto) heading to the IL in the last three days. Lee (-20% PT) is due for an extended absence dealing a big blow to what is now a severely weakened group of outfielders. Luis Matos (+15%) played center in the team’s first game without Lee and will share time with fellow right-handed hitter Tyler Fitzgerald. Catcher Jackson Reetz (+10%) was recalled from the minors which will shift Blake Sabol into a backup outfielder/third catcher role, a job he filled in 2023.
