BHQ SPIN: Marte’s (+15%) return initiates a PT squeeze on the Reds’ infield, most notably by forcing 1B Christian Encarnacion-Strand (-10%) into a “priority” bench role. CES doesn’t profile as a likely candidate for short-side platoon work, as he doesn’t hit lefties at all (.180 vL in 130 PA) - but the club will likely try to find PAs for him as they do like to mix-and-match. We’ve also docked INF Santiago Espinal (-5%) a tad, as he lacks the upside of many of their other young hitters when everyone is healthy.
