RELIEVERS: Top 20 relievers in BPV after April and May

This week, we look at the top BPV relievers as of the morning of June 1 and see what can be gleaned. Filtering criteria is very simple: BF/G under 10.0, at least 10 innings pitched, and ranked descending by BPV. There are seven relievers with a BPV over 200(!) and only one of them is in the AL. Here's this short list:
