RELIEVERS: Some 2021 LIMA picks

This week, we look at elite skill sets with minimal worry about roles, which is how LIMA works. Buy skills, not roles. The cream rises to the top eventually. There are some nice buying opportunities in these lists, too. The filters are at least 30% K%, at least 23% K%-BB%, and no worse than a 1.1 HR/9. This column breaks them into closers and non-closers and then takes a look at two relievers just outside the filter criteria.
