Last bullpen column for 2020. This week, the focus is on BAL, BOS, CHC, CHW, and PHI for 2021 as examples for what you should think about with bullpens during the off-season. Let's start in Baltimore.

When Baltimore started strong, so did surprise closer Cody Sulser (RHP, BAL). But as Sulser faded, so did the Orioles and the previous closer Mychal Givens (RHP, COL) was traded to Colorado. The team seems to want Hunter Harvey (RHP, BAL) to be next, but can he do it? Let's see what we have through eight weeks of the season:
