Over the last 30 days, Arizona closer Addison Reed (RHP, ARI) has blown three of eight save chances, with a less-than-closer-worthy 4.36 xERA, 1.8 Cmd ratio, 1.1 HR/9 and 30 BPV. Sample size issues, definitely, but the Diamondbacks are being asked daily about how long Reed can hold the job with sidewinder Brad Ziegler (RHP, ARI) pitching so well:
