RELIEVERS: All-stars edition

The All-Star break is upon us and as such, it makes a very nice time to look at All-Star relievers and perhaps some relievers who have a case for making a list of final cuts. Curiously, the American League originally chose nine starters and three relievers, while the National League chose six starters and six relievers. Here are the nine who made the two squads:
