Houston should be "p" for putrid this season. With their rebuild well underway, the pen is going to be neglected for a few more years. Rule 5 success story Josh Fields (RHP, HOU) emerged late as the closer after Jose Veras (RHP, DET) was dealt and Chia Jen Lo (RHP, HOU) was awful.
