RELIEVERS: 2013 Sleepers

This week, we take a stab at some high skills sleepers. Owners paying attention will recognize these names, but none currently have carved out a big role for 2013. These are exactly the kinds of pitchers who go from obscurity to prominence overnight—and therefore deserve some attention on draft day in standard AL or NL leagues. For simulation leagues, these names are your bread-and-butter for building a strong pen on the cheap.
