Tyler Locklear & Carson Whisenhunt

With a rainout on Tuesday that would have been my first opportunity to scout prospects in person in three weeks, I have no prospect in the queue to cover this week. So for the first time during the 2024 season, it’s time to do some video scouting. I get to see a lot of organizations in the Eastern and Central time zones, though with the exception of the Angels, the teams in the Mountain and Pacific time zones do not have affiliations with any of the teams in the leagues I cover. For those leagues and teams, I must rely on contacts and video to evaluate their prospects. Here are two guys I’ve seen in person in the past who are trending in opposite directions this season.
