My last four articles of the season kickoff today with a look at prospects who spent time in the Arizona Complex League. In fact, all my remaining articles will cover prospects who have yet to make it to High-A. Coverage of short season leagues were not available until last season with many teams taking to YouTube to broadcast games. Earlier this year, I covered Josh Owens (TWP, TEX) in the Arizona Complex League, marking the first time I scouted a prospect in the league. For the remainder of this season and for seasons to come, most of my video looks will be Low-A or lower-level prospects. Enjoy!
