Dylan Lesko & Landon Sims

An age-old question among pitching prospects is how to factor in arm injuries to their future. Do you hold? Sell? They tend to go to the back of mind when it comes to fantasy baseball because they aren't playing. In real life, teams can have that decision to make on draft night. The Padres made that decision with Dylan Lesko, and the Diamondbacks did, too, with Landon Sims. Both pitchers were top-of-the-line arms from both the prep and high school ranks. And both pitchers underwent Tommy John surgery prior to being drafted.
