Jefferson Rojas & Cam Collier

The dog days of summer lend itself to new scouting opportunities. Post-trading deadline, we start seeing performing prospects get called up for a taste at the level they’ll be at to start next season. While I’m writing up two players who were called up to their current level weeks prior to the deadline, each one will start 2026 at the level they are at right now, Double-A. Both prospects are young for the level. However, they are going in opposite directions. 

Jefferson Rojas entered this week with a .257/.355/.444 line after dominating High-A to start the season. In 15 games at Double-A, he has struggled. Still, in my live look and numerous video looks, I saw a prospect on the rise. Cam Collier is trending in the opposite...
