GM's OFFICE: Notes from the Baseball Forecaster bunker: Pitchers

I wouldn't go so far as to say that this fall has been "normal." For one thing, we missed out on the annual highlight of the season, First Pitch Arizona, which should have been held a couple of weeks ago.

But, there are signs of normalcy, a couple pockets of familiarity: my kids, and my wife (a teacher), are back to attending school in-person, at least part-time. And (knock on wood) it seems to be going well.

As far as baseball, I'm spending most evenings this month with the MLB playoffs on in the background, writing and editing player commentaries for the 2021 Baseball Forecaster. Which is pretty much how I've spent my Octobers for 15 years or so now. So, not quite normal, but definitely familiar.
