GM's OFFICE: BHQ's Starting Pitcher Matchups Tool, Refreshed

Well, you all keep us nimble, for sure.

In preparing our site offerings for the 2022 season, Ray and I made the decision to scale back the narrative portion of our DAILY MATCHUPS column, and let the data on our useful daily tool shine on its own. We had some questions on whether those pitcher notes each day were adding much to the subscriber experience, given how well the tool and its numbers had performed in the past. We used it every day, were familiar with it and trusted its recommendations. The thought was that by shifting resources to other sections of the site, we were better serving BaseballHQ.com subscribers like you.

But as anyone who read the comments on our new DAILY MATCHUPS page during the first week of the season could...
