Though he’s accrued only 172 plate appearances at Double-A and none at Triple-A, Heliot Ramos (OF, SF) is making the case to arrive sooner rather than later. Even after a recent “slump” during which Ramos collected hits in 17 at-bats across five games, he’s put together a .304/.409/.571 line. That’s a 169 wRC+ across 66 plate appearances. Of course, that’s a small sample and he’s yet to even hit at the highest-level of the minors, but the Giants early-season success could mean Ramos is in a Giants uniform at some point this summer.
