Amidst a year which can only be described as "disappointing," management recently installed Enrique Burgos (RHP, ARI) as their new closer. He promptly responded by giving up 7 ER (3 HR) in four appearances, despite picking up a save and a win. To be sure, Burgos has pitched very well in the past month, posting an 11.7 Dom, 17% SwK%, and 52% GB%. The free passes could be his undoing (4.5 Ctl), though, along with the fact that he has no experience in the role (as evidenced by his 10.8 Ctl and 18.90 ERA since taking over). Is he the closer of the future in ARI?
