PT TOMORROW: NL East—Could Jacob Turner lose his rotation spot?

One has to wonder if Jacob Turner (RHP, MIA) may be on the verge of losing his spot in the starting rotation. He has a 5.93 ERA, 1.64 WHIP, 5.3 Dom and 2.7 Ctl in 44 IP with just two quality starts in eight tries. There is ability here, but at this point, the 23-year-old may be best served by spending a little more time at Triple-A refining his craft.

We have talked about the team’s starting pitching options in the past, so we won’t rehash all of that here. However, we will discuss one of those options a bit further.
